Cheder Classes

Holland Park Synagogue has for many years run its highly successful Cheder classes.  We have combined our classes with S&P London for any child who requires a Jewish education.

The Rabbi teaches boys their Barmitzvah and will assist girls as they approach Batmitzvah.

We welcome all members and parents to enrol their children into our highly inspiring and educational classes, as we aim to stimulate and expand each child’s knowledge of Judaism and religious practices, whilst developing their Jewish education up to Barmitzvah and Batmitzvah age.

Talmud Torah class

We have a dynamic Talmud Torah class for children aged 4–6 years, which provides a vibrant and relevant experience for our children. We focus on a lively, energetic, hands-on teaching style whetting the children’s appetites, enabling them to better understand topics such as the Aleph-Bet, holidays, and the basics of Judaism when they revisit them at a later stage in their lives.
